(October 25, 2021, 12:01 am)Great place to shop. I stopped in to buy a set of jewelers loupes that showed in stocks on line. The manager, or Supervisor, told me where they were and they were not there. He checked on me and went and found them. Great customer service. Good products. Good prices.

(October 17, 2021, 3:49 pm)I shop here frequently. Usually for smaller tools, ( hammers, chisels, rotary tool accessories etc.) Today I had to return an Item that did not work properly. No receipt. The young man that I dealt with was fantastic. The Manager, that had to come over a couple of times to assist, was fantastic. Issue resolved to my complete satisfaction.
