I took this in on a Tuesday afternoon and it was ready by Thursday morning! They told me it could be 7-10 days so I was pleasantly surprised. Also, the price was extremely reasonable. The shop is SUPER CUTE. The person behind the counter was so sweet! I will definitely be returning to shop and for any embroidery needs!

I absolutely Love Jess! I don’t know her personally, but I do order from her site! I placed an order, paid for it including shipping and waited for it to be mailed. Jess contacted me and told me that my order was on the way. When I hadn’t received it, I contacted her. She was quick to reply. She told me that it should be there by the next day. When I still had not received it the next day, I contacted her again. The order I had placed was for my Fiancé for Valentine’s Day(Today), so I was eager to find it. She expressed that the order must have been lost or delayed in the mail. Realizing how important it was to me, she did something amazing! She went ABOVE and BEYOND to make it right and then some. The way she rectified the situation wasn’t only valued at more than I spent, but she was thoughtful, quick to respond and quick to take action. I can never thank her enough and I will always be a repeat, Loyal customer! This is CUSTOMER SERVICE done right. ❤️🌹

I have nothing but positive things to say about Mommygram By Jess! I have gotten so many things made over the past 2 years from special birthday shirts, monogrammed clothes, personalized bridesmaid gifts, pregnancy announcement shirts and more! Jess is amazing at what she does and so very sweet and professional to work with! Her shop is so cute and very well stocked! I can’t recommend her enough!

We love this place! Jess is the kindest, most hard working owner you will find! She makes sure the work is done right! She always has the cutest items in there! I have recommended this store to so many! This is definitely a store that is needed in our community!

Jessica is such a sweetheart and very easy to work with. Her work is wonderful and she does a great job at getting the orders done as quickly as she can!
I love how she has all sorts of fun and creative ideas in her store! You can even drop off items that you want monogrammed.
