I contacted the shop owner and he got back with me promptly and replaced the letter. I would recommend Grafix615 100%. I am doing the hood lettering and tailgate next.

(August 20, 2021, 11:51 am)Aaron is a rare find. Polite, responsive and easy to work with. I ordered the "grafix" letters in Lava red for my 2021 Titan tailgate cap. They looked so good I ordered them for the pro4x on the tailgate and the entire sent for the front grill. It's like a whole new truck. Tons of compliments. If you are hesitant, don't be. I was and now I am extremely happy that I did.
