“Amazing experience! We had went to another dentist originally and did not have a good experience, but the staff at Wild About Smiles quickly turned our dental emergency around for us. The front desk staff were so helpful and welcoming in scheduling the appointment and getting us in quickly as it was a dental emergency for our toddler. The dentist was kind and informative and left us with an optimistic outlook on saving her tooth. The waiting room is so kid friendly that we couldn’t get our toddler to leave after the appointment was over, lol. “I got set up as a new patient today (Monday) after calling last Friday! The staff was super friendly and helpful. They took several X-Rays, did a gum health exam, and cleaned my teeth. Dr. Shaw explained very thoroughly everything he did and why he did it and was careful and thorough in my teeth cleaning as well. A lot of dental offices are hyper-focused in the cosmetic aspect, but I felt like Dr. Shaw's main focus is on oral health, which was refreshing. He recommended necessary procedures but nothing superficial. My experience was a very pleasant one! This dental office is clean, comfortable, and stylish. I felt confident in the abilities of the staff and really appreciated their warmth and friendliness. I'll definitely keep coming here!”

“Dr. Frantz and his wife Beth are absolutely fantastic. I have never been to a dental office that cared so much for the patients in AND out of the office. They have worked with me tirelessly to get me ready for my wedding day and have even gone so far as to offer assistance the day of if any dental emergency should arise. I have referred my soon to be husband here as well, he is prior military and has always had a fear of dentists (due to military dentistry in the past). After the first visit, I could tell immediately that he was taken care of. I would recommend this practice to anyone seeking a dental care office that actually cares about your dental health and has total transparency with you as a patient.”

“I had a cracked filling replaced today. Everything went smoothly. This was the first time I met Dr. Amber and she was skilled. As always, the front desk staff was efficient and personable. I did not give a 5 because I would have liked to be told what was happening at each step of the way. It makes it just a bit easier to endure the drilling when you know what to expect. I also have begun to notice a disinterest in the patient at this practice on the part of the dentists. This won't stop me from using this practice, it just is a noticeable difference from when we first started here. The personality of Dr. Costello was one of the reasons we initially chose this practice.”

“My Mama had 2 decayed teeth side by side that were really causing her a lot of pain! The few dentists that I was familiar with couldn’t see her for weeks! Dr. Patel was able to see her in 2 days when I told him her situation and her pain. Dr. Patel was so careful and gentle with my 84 year old Mom. She said the shot didn’t hurt and when he told her he was done pulling those teeth, she was so surprised! She did not feel a thing! It hardly even bled. He and his Dental Hygienist were BOTH great. They are so nice. Dr. Hitendra Patel is very personable and so kind and caring. I’m making an appointment to see him for my cleaning. It’s been way too long since I’ve had a check up. He is now my new Dentist. I recommend Dr. Patel to anyone who is in need of dental work! He does excellent work! 😃”
