Great service. Picked up a to-go order, and after checking the order in the car, noticed that an item was missing. Immediately went back in and told the staff and they took care of the issue immediately and apologized for the inconvenience.

Very clean and super friendly employees. They stay busy, but handle the crowd well. I had the Mediterranean veggie sandwich and was impressed with the flavors and freshness of the ingredients. 10/10 would recommend.

We’ve ordered from this Panera a few times and most recently there was a sandwich missing from our order. We called the store and they were willing to remake our sandwich free of charge. When we arrived to the store they were so pleasant and really went above and beyond. The customer service at this location is amazing and we will definitely come back here every time!

Popped in here to pick up a snack for some clients in the drive through. Personally I have not been a huge fan of Panera in general but I myst say that this location and specifically the gentleman that was working the drive through today has converted me. Extremely kind and helpful. I was very impressed with his service and the food was great. Thanks

Dr.Ahmad and Natasha are the best. Natasha is very patient with the children. Dr. Ahmad gets straight to the point, no sugar coating Anything. I feel like family when i go here.. I hate the pharmacy is no longer there because he was awesome guy as well.
