If you're looking for a unique retreat experience outside Nashville, Pomelo Grove is the answer. Staying here felt like staying in a boutique hotel, but in the center of a lush green natural setting. You get the fun escape of camping (pancakes made in a cast iron pan, s'mores around the campfire, walks in the woods, birds chirping, a gorgeous field) but with the comforts of a hotel (gorgeous colors and fabrics, a comfortable Queen-sized bed, fun snacks, a refrigerator, toilet). We stayed in one of the newest campers, the Flavedo. I liked that we could seat a bunch of people around the dining table to hang out. There is a separate bedroom with a door, which felt really nice. The outdoor shower was amazing! Great water pressure with warm water.
My husband and I came with a group of friends, and we felt like we had our own personal country retreat. It was nice to be able to hang out together around the campfire or over dinner, and each have our own private spaces to sleep. I can't wait to come back!
Every little detail about this place is amazing. Such a fun and relaxing getaway so close to Nashville. Fun for all ages!
We just got back from a fun off the grid two nights at PG. Erin, the owner was just lovely as were her artfully custom designed campers. Also, highly reccomend ordering the dinner that Henrietta Red puts together. I love how Erin has come up with such a creative idea..and on Bloomsbury farm, which is eco. We'll be back!
Erin gave us the perfect one-night stay at Pomelo Grove. The campers are clean and cozy and perfect curated with every detail thoughtful for your arrival. There is a welcome cocktail, snacks stocked, coffee, and sustainable products. The campers are also stocked with games for indoors and out. There is a charcoal grill for your use, but the camper also has anything you might need in the kitchen as well. We really enjoyed our stay here and wish it was longer. We will be back!!
10/10 Recommend going to Pomelo Grove! Its a perfect short (or long) getaway to unplug and slow down. The nostalgic games, snacks, and 45 record player aid the vintage vibes. Getting a meal kit was worth it - but we like to cook! Getting the whole caravan with a group of friends is on my to do list.
