UPDATE ! O’Charley’s did reach out and HAS MADE IT RIGHT. In the future I shall call them first about my issue..

By far the worst order I’ve ever had from this O’Charley‘s got half the pasta from a regular order. Also, don’t ever order the fish and chips because the fish are barely bigger than a quarter slice of lemon the only thing that was more than lukewarm was the soup.

What a waste of money will never order from here again

As always it is my favorite places to stop. The food is good and our server was awesome. It was a great experience.

We were forced to stop at the Peterbilt dealership for some repairs and one of the employees recommended we stop by the restaurant if we were hungry, it was our first time here and we were very pleased with the food and the service. Immediately someone greeted and seated us Our server Lexi was fantastic! She stayed onto of everything, was super friendly and made our dining experience very enjoyable. We would definitely stop in again without hesitation if we were having repairs done on our peterbilt.

Great customer service! We had 26 people in our party. The two servers we had were phenomenal. Our drinks stayed full, they made sure we had everything we needed. The food was excellent and the manager stopped by to check on us. Hands down the best restaurant experience we had during our stay in the Nashville area. Very impressed!
