  I feel so bad I took so long to write this, but we stayed here while evacuating from New Orleans after Hurricane Ida and it was the BEST place we stayed in three weeks. The staff was amazing, especially Kathy/Cathy (sp?). She told us all about the area and answered any questions we had in general. The hotel was super clean and is dog friendly as well. Kathy kept the coffee hot and flowing even though some other guest’s children kept trying to drink at all. If we are ever up in Smyrna again, I would not hesitate to stay at this great hotel with all the amenities you could ever ask for. Thanks again and hope you are all well!

  My car’s alternator blew in the parking lot while I was traveling. Even though I wasn’t a registered guest. The employees went above and beyond to help me out! I was a complete stranger to them and they didn’t even care. They still wanted to help out as much as they could. Words can not express how thankful I am to the employees at this hotel for showing a stranger kindness when they were having trouble! Clearly this hotel did an amazing job when picking out the staff! You guys rock!

  Stayed here for 3 weeks while doing a store refresh. Staff were all very helpful and friendly especially Sam and Stephanie. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

  The beds were awesome! Found myself going to sleep after 15 minutes. The room was clean and spacious. Was at the quietest part of the hotel and it worked. Looking forward staying here for new year’s and more holidays to come. Thank you all for an awesome stay ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️
