Legacy Hill Dentistry

I moved to Smyrna, TN in the fall of 2011 and asked around in at work about a good dentist and was recommended Legacy Hill Dentistry so I set up my first appointment and it went great. Here it is 10 years later and I continue to only go to them for routine dental care. The staff and doctors are great. I've had on two occasions for a sudden need for care and they got me in asap and took care of the problem promptly. I highly recommend them.

They always make you feel comfortable there. I don't get as much anxiety going to Legacy Hill as I did with previous practices. Very relaxed environment. Dr. Edwards is easy to talk to and explains things well. Most of all. They are not trying to push you into procedures that are not absolutely necessary.

I do love Dr. Edwards and his staff! They are all so gentle and kind. I've been going for years and finally feel comfortable with a dentist.
I am not happy though that they are no longer going to accept my insurance. Due to out of network expenses starting 2021, I will now have to switch dentists, which is not what I wanted to do. I would definitely stay if they still took my insurance and costs would be the same as they always have been. I will miss this place tremendously.

I have been searching for a great dentist since I moved to Tennessee 4 years ago and I found it! My very first visit I scheduled a routine cleaning. I was impressed from the start! Legacy has the friendliest staff whether it is on the phone or in person! The hygienist was amazing and super friendly! She was gentle and explained everything in detail so I understood what was going on. The Dr is the best! Very friendly, knowledgeable and made sure he explained everything and answered any questions I had before he was finished. I had to schedule another appointment for some dental work. I had my appointment today for that. I was a bit nervous because it has been 20 years since I had filings done. Again, staff and Dr was so reassuring and gentle and made sure I was comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend this dentist! You won't find a better one in the area!!!

My son and I have been going here now for a couple of years for routine cleanings. All of the staff from front office to the back are professional and genuinely kind and helpful. Love the new renovations to the office as well!
