Thankful for the Officer and Austin, Amazingly Fast, Very kind and Austin was delightful to get my car and my family home safe.

Austin and the Cooks Towing team are amazing! Wisconsin family here, and we were stranded on the highway with 2 small kids at 4am while passing through town. Austin was on location within 15 minutes of making the call. Not only was he extremely prompt in his response he was also very professional and helpful. Being out-of -towners , we had no idea where to go to get our car fixed. Austin gave us multiple close and quality options for us to easily fix our car as well as offered us a safe ride there as well. We are forever grateful for Austin and the Cooks Towing & Recovery service and highly recommend them!

My son and daughter-in-law had a car wreck and it was towed by a young gentleman by the name of Mr. Austin~ he was an amazing young gentleman; he was professional, kind, and communicated with specific details about the location of the car and how we are able to access our personal and valuable items in the car~ Mr. Austin met me at the office, asked for identification and was very gracious about allowing me to obtain my son and daughter -in-law's personal and valuables from the car because of their presence in the emergency room at the time. I just wanted to thank him for all his hard work and amazing efforts in transporting/ towing the car to a safe place. Mr. Austin knows his job when it comes to treating people with respect and kindness. Mr. Austin needs to be acknowledged for all his hard with keeping the customer's trust with the VERY best customer service. I just wanted to share this information because you don't find too many people nowadays who honestly care about customer service satisfaction ~ especially when it comes to one's personal belongings such as a severe accident as this was while the owner's was accessing care in the emergency room.Please let Mr. Austin know ~ he was a BLESSING to assist us in our time of necessity. Thank you sir~ and keep up the amazing work you do for so many in distress and need immediate assistance in towing ones's car to a safe destination.

Austin was amazing! I had been waiting for Infinity roadside assistance for 5 hours. A friend sent me his number and he was there in 25 mins. Fantastic service! And 100 cheaper than everywhere else.

I can't recommend Cook's Towing & Recovery enough. The level of professionalism, communication, timeliness and overall customer service from Cooks (and Austin specifically) throughout the process was amazing.
