  Depends on the crew that is working but whenever I go if there is a certain person there I am confident my order will be right.
  It is hard for all places to find good workers. This spot is more often right then wrong. The only reason I gave them four stars is because it is not consistently great. So I give it a good rating.

  We had a major gas leak at our house and SDG&E shut it off. We hired a so-called company that were experts in finding leaks. After paying them a lot of money, they couldn’t find the leak, and walked away, charging us full price. Told us they did not guarantee to the job. We needed to get someone out fast and Ace Rooter was highly recommended by a few different people. Manny came out, and worked hard to not only find the leak, walk us through the process of getting the ID number with the County to get someone out for an inspection. He was great and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. Ace Rooter is my go-to for every job from now on.

  Manny is the best .... he never quits until the job is done... he’s honest and an expert plumber who gave 100% effort to get my toilet unclogged with a horse hair root that had grown inside my pipes. God bless this man.

  Awesome last minute emergency service! Fast response time and quickly arrived! Able to clear the problem and HD camera found the overall issue of the problem and was able to send it to the builder. Thank you! Highly recommend!

  Manny is a great Pluming Technician. Responded to my phone text very quick and explained my pluming problem professionally, gave me an estimate, showed up in less than 30 min and did fast and complete job.
