He responded quickly to my request for a quote. He even temporarily patched the roof - regardless of whether or not I was going to choose his service. He wanted to be sure to secure the roof until I was able to go through the insurance company and then choose the best option. If the temporary patch didn't convince me, his willingness to give me the best roof and at the same time being cost-conscious was definitely what won me over. He explained the process in layman's term so I could fully understand the process.
Don with his winsome personality, was very personable, caring, friendly, and easy to work with, and completed the job in a timely manner. I highly recommend him. Be up front with him and he will work with you and do everything ethical to help you with your roof repairs. R Bernard
