Ronald Steed: Allstate Insurance

Always have a good experience with this agency. It's the price of insurance that makes life difficult.

Since Day One, I have marveled at the professionalism, honesty, and communication provided by Mr. Steed and members of his team. Due to such, I wish I could use his services on my properties outside of the state. His business practices will continue to receive high praise from me and I will continue to recommend his services to my friends and family in the area.

My experience with Ronald Steed and his office has been nothing short of excellent. I switched my coverage from Progressive about 10 months ago because Allstate offered nearly 3x the coverage for the same price.

I've been particularly impressed with their DriveWise program, which rewards you for safe driving. You get issued refunds every ~6 months if you are a safe driver. My first refund was $60 and the second was $33. I mean, that's great! I thought it would be a mere $5. The incentives are substantial and feel really valuable and gratifying as a customer.

Additionally, Ronald's office calls periodically just to check in—no sales, no impersonal scripts, they call just to see how I'm liking my coverage. They even called me just to say happy birthday. Personal touches like that really make a difference.

Now, I've never filed a claim so I can't speak to that part of their services, but if it's anything like the experience I've had so far I am confident it will be top-notch.

Nothing but amazing, Ronald and his staff are absolutely wonderful. They have Great customer service, and professional friendly staff that are always available to assist with your needs. The personal touch provided my him and his staff goes a long way. I received a call on my Birthday and an email, wishing me a happy birthday. I am so glad I decided to which to Allstate, they have the best rates and I’ve even received cash back for my safe driving. They definitely practice what they preach, unlike Geico.
