“If you are not interested in showing off and artificially boosting your ego, this is the best gym. It has a vast amount of well maintained fitness equipment, showers and lockers, and lots of free perks. It DOESN'T have 2 indoor olympic sized swimming pools, a quarter mile indoor track, an onsite masseuse, or a juice bar, but it's also not $200 a month. Black card members get unlimited access to both stand-up tanning and tanning beds, a massage bed, massage chairs, and some kind of thing I don't get that vibrates fat off or something. Honestly, I'm not sure what it does. All members get access to free group training with the personal trainer, and if your days are free, you may get one-on-one training as the groups can be very, very small. Otherwise, it's clean, it's well maintained, most stuff works most of the time, and people tend to leave you alone to do your thing and get out. Oh, and the staff is either very friendly or leaves you alone entirely unless you have a question or a need. This seems to be generally the case, across the board, at all locations since you can go to any location in the US with the black card.”

“CrossFit VTG is legit, and Matthew Hughey is, hands down, one of the best coaches I've ever had. And yes, I've had more than one. The atmosphere is great. The coaching is non-judgmental, but it will push you to be your best. As a BJJ practitioner I wanted to add some strength and conditioning training to my routine, and CrossFit VTG and Matthew Hughey came highly recommended by people whose physical fitness can mean the difference between life and death in their profession. So glad I took their advice. I have to drive 45 minutes to get to this location, but it is totally worth it. As a 45-year-old dude who wants to stay in shape and be able to physically function at a higher level, while also maintaining my BJJ routine, this was a perfect fit.”

“Very good selection of equipment although staff at desk do nothing but greet you, often no paper towels in locker room, tell the staff they say ok then go back to their phone or conversation. It's very busy from 6 am to noon and from 5 pm until around 11:30 pm.Rules are not enforced unless I guess you get caught putting water on the sauna heater even though the tray on top is designed for that, then you're membership gets revoked. People leave bags on floor at equipment and walk off, people don't break down weights off racks, but hey, let the next guy, or girl get those six 45 pound plates off there. But, it's open 24/7, very affordable, and it has a great selection of equipment.”
