(December 10, 2020, 11:03 am)I ordered a case of Holiday Specs for a work event and the shipment was delayed. I sent an email requesting to cancel and their rep Vicki immediately emailed and called me to discuss my options. I ended up receiving the order the next day (fault was with the USPS, not APO) and Vicki called me to confirm that it had been received and if I needed anything else. Excellent customer service and very happy with their product as well!

(June 25, 2019, 10:58 am)Glasses worked exactly as supposed to. Great communication and easy to get in touch with. Customer friendly and very knowledgeable of the different products. Love the 3D effect for Christmas tree lights and great for July 4th fireworks. The eclipse glasses allowed me to watch the 2017 eclipse without any issues. Great company and products.
