“Went in today to have a cyst drained that was poorly done last week at another practice in Arlington. My appointment was a 10 a.m and I was sitting in a room discussing the issue with the Drs assistant at 10:02. The assistant was very polite and answered all of my questions. I was seen by Dr. Woodbury a few moments later where he discussed my issue and the options I had moving forward. I decided to have the cyst drained and I truly believe he did everything in his power to make it as painless as possible while completing the task to standards. I hesitated making the appointment because of the reviews so I felt it was absolutely necessary to share my experience. “Madison is the best physician I have ever seen. I have several chronic illnesses so I have seen dozens of doctors and nurse practitioners and none of them were as kind, validating, eager, and knowledgeable as Madison. She listened to my concerns and validated them, and We actually found out some things that explained those concerns. She didn’t write off a single thing that I said, no matter how small. The wait time was also the shortest I have ever experienced, even in the middle of a pandemic. The office was clean, had sanitizer everywhere, and provided surgical(?) masks to each patient, rather than allow them to continue wearing the less-effective cloth mask or neck gaiter. I would recommend her to absolutely anybody, but especially if you have medical anxiety, or have had bad experiences with doctors who think you don’t know what you are talking about, for Madison completely out those past experiences to rest. More physicians should be like her. 10/10”
