Got me into my car quickly and no hassle returning. Everything was clean and the agents were all very friendly. I rent frequently for work and will probably use this location in the future when I'm in the area.
Big shout out to the group of people that work at the Collierville location, I have been in one of there rentals since 7-30-23 due to an incident involving my car and a flying crowbar. Today 8-16-23, the rental cars check engine light came on and I had to park it. They had the car picked up and brought me another one all within 2 hours, I was thoroughly impressed. They were so nice and understanding and genuinely felt bad that this happened. I will say A+ to the dedication of this group of people. Thanks for not dropping the ball.
I've had lengthy and poor experiences at car rental places before, but this was NOT one of them? We got in and out painlessly and in maybe 5-7 minutes. I was honestly shocked at how friendly and ready they were for us when we got there! The van we got was pretty sweet, definitely smelled of smoke a bit, but that isn't the fault of Enterprise! There are huge non-smoking stickers on the dashboard, so you know people are just being jerks. If I could remember the name of the two people who helped us, I would have given them a shout out! Really great service.
I've been renting from this location for many years and the employees are always awesome. Prior to picking up my vehicle, they called to confirm, when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, they were busy, but acknowledged my arrival and ensured me that they would be with me shortly. During my last rental, there was a situation. When I arrived, I was told there was a recall on some of the cars, and they would have to go to a dealership to get more cars. Eventhough I had to wait for a car for over an hour. I appreciated the staff letting me know and I appreciated the constant apologies.
Now for the downside, the cars need to cleaner. Lately when I've rented, I've had to come home to clean the vehicle again. I had to request a second wash for my latest rental and it was still dirty especially on the outside. I understand rain affects cleanliness, but it was not raining this day. It was beautiful outside! I also understand that this location is very busy and the fleet is in constant rotation, but the cleanliness of the vehicles need improvement. After all, we're paying top dollar for these rentals. I'm giving 4 stars for customer service and 3 stars for vehicle cleanliness.
