Justin has been the absolute best! We have had him for three years now. He has always been on time and very professional. We enjoy every visit with him as he is very courteous to our family and pets. The kids think he is funny and always patient with them. Our son Nathan wears his James Pest hat and looks for bugs with him. He has done an outstanding job with our pest service. We have had no issues since he started. If we have any questions he has been able to answer them. You don’t find very many people like Justin that has respect for his job and his customers. We just wanted to take the time to thank and congratulate him on his recent achievements.
Love James pest control, they come in give you exactly what you paid for, I get flea spray inside and outside my home. No fleas once in gets hot outside.
A shout out to Tim Romans for unscheduled prompt service. I have had roaches in my home for the past few days (3 dead, one flying). Although we were not on today's schedule, Tim came to our home and sprayed thoroughly. He also cut his lunch period short in order to come to our home. You need to do everything necessary to retain quality employees like Tim. And I would be very happy if you could make him my regular service technician.
Highly recommend this company for a pest control contract. Their customer service and timeliness is on point! Keith Woods did our inspection. He meticulously looked over every inch of our house for termite and pest prevention. Prices were reasonably compared to other pest control companies in the area.
I am a very proud (and giddy) first time owner of a beautiful home and wanted to make sure it stays pest free. James Pest came highly recommended and now I personally see why. Each and every interaction I had from scheduling time, to the sales rep coming to do the initial walk through, and the technician coming for the first spray went above my expectations. I wanted to give a huge shout out to SHANE, the technician. Of course, being a new home owner I had SO many questions and SHANE took the time to answer all of them and explained everything that was going to take place on my first spray. It didn’t feel like he was in a rush to get to the next house and made me feel like a valued customer.
