Securlock Storage at Cordova

Customer service is fantastic! This is an excellent company to do business with!! They make it easy to rent a storage bay and it comes across clearly that the appreciate having the opportunity to help in any way possible. It is so refreshing to be treated like a valued customer. these days that is rare.

Guy was an awesome help while getting a storage unit today. He was honest, helpful and kind. He got us set up with a new unit and a lock to go with it, helped us with our code and sent us on our way. We came back a little later to load our unit up and he brought us a nice cold water bottle while we worked. He went out of his way to help us and we truly appreciate it. Hats off to you, Guy!

We could not have asked for a more explanatory, positive and helpful experience! I highly suggest Securlock Storage. Units are perfectly sized, the staff is incredible and overall the experience had a positive, homey feel. Bonus points for the fun golf cart rides to and from your unit! Guy is my new best friend! He was funny, kind, honest and just plain nice. We need more guys like Guy in this world!

Guy and Ramon was amazing they even stayed late to make sure I was taking care of...I needed a last minute storage and after moving for 2 days straight and they were the light at the end of a long day. They are amazing people come and meet this two guys and rent a storage. They are amazing and the facility is magnificent!! Secure all away around!!!

The manager, Tambi Lewis is fantastic! She is always friendly and professional. Over the years, the needs for the size of storage has changed and she will take the time to explain options and make recommendations. No question is too much, and no problem is too hard for her to find a resolution. She is proud of what she does and the services provided. The cleanliness of the facility, the warmth of her greetings, leaves us always feeling our goods are being protected and cared for beyond other type providers. Her responsiveness offers appreciation for me doing business with her company. I have been a customer for over 5 years, so I have seen managers come and go. She is THE BEST! I always recommend this storage facility to my friends!
