When our air conditioner wasn't working in June 2023, for instance, the company sent a skilled technician who replaced a part and resolved the problem the same day. Enterprise Property Management is a Memphis-based company, and I believe this contributes to their responsiveness on maintenance issues. We appreciate it.

Enterprise Property Management uses
Quarterly inspections at my Rental property. This is a 'Best Practice' way of keeping crucial items and appliances functioning as they should.
Nothing is in disrepair.
Quick response is the norm, if there's a concern or needed repair not related to the quarterly inspection. You just call or email or use the Property Meld System.
It's so convenient, quick and easy to use the client Portal to pay my rental fee. Choose the option that works best for you then there's immediate confirmation of payment.
Everyone at EPM is friendly and helpful. It's a pleasant experience when you call in or if you need to visit the office. There's always someone to help you. -

(May 9, 2023, 8:49 am)My overall experience has been great. The management has been responsive to my needs and few repairs that were needed. The management team's relationship with the owner is very apparent with the care that is taken with any issue that has occurred. The friendliness of the staff can been taken down a notch though, feel like I'm covered with sweet candy when I leave or get off the phone with them. My goodness....I've gained 5 lbs pounds!!!!

(March 30, 2023, 4:48 pm)This property management company is just the right size--big enough to know the market well and to have relationships with excellent local contractors and vendors, and small enough to care about and pay attention to each customer. After coming from a much larger firm in Memphis that neglected our rental home and rarely responded to emails or phone calls, Aaron, Melinda, Lindsey and Ginger have been a revelation. They are always responsive and professional. I highly recommended Enterprise Property Management, Inc.!

(January 26, 2023, 12:06 pm)I've been with EPM for a few years now and am so happy that I chose them to manage my properties. They are professional, caring, and they always return my phone calls and texts promptly. Ginger, Melinda, Lindsey, and Aaron are great.
What really puts them over the top in my book is how much they care about our tenants and their work to take care of the great people they find to put in the properties. I respect that and appreciate the extra effort.
I couldn't see myself, my properties, my company doing business with any other property managers.
