(October 23, 2019, 8:21 pm)I became inspired by the owner by watching her transformation over the years on social media. I was hesitant about to training with her because she is a body builder. I didn't want to be very muscular, but because she is so knowledgeable, she designed a program especially for me! The gym has state of the art equipment and the staff is always friendly and ready to help. The owner's passion for overall health versus just physical appearance is truly amazing!
