This place is awesome!! Coach Kevin brings the heat. He is a fantastic trainer and trust me I have had my share of trainers. His coaching technique combines what you want with his experience which makes him a unique coach. In this facility it is only you, him, and the work...well sweat too. There are no distractions....he doesn't answer his phone or text during your session. What I love the most is that one on one attention...if you are warming up on the treadmill, bike, or rower he is there watching...from start to finish you have his attention. Also, he is flexible on times and days..for example my workout starts at 5 am and he is there on time. I highly recommend Elemental Fitness for that no distraction one on one attention and to top it off his prices are reasonable. Coach is friendly, personable, and knowledgeable.
