Super nice people there. Lou helped with a lock issue I was having and he is super knowledgeable. Think he was actually a locksmith. Store is very well managed. If I lived close to them I’d never step foot in a big box store, but I will go there when I’m in the area or need someone that knows what they are doing in the lock Dept.

It's like I'm off for me I like the old people that work there and makes it feel old school and old-timey which is really cool and you can find things there that you just can't find anywhere else it's nice to kind of just stroll through each aisle and look at stuff everyone's always really nice and helpful even though I'm usually just in their browsing

Not much on sale. Store is very tight to maneuver. All staff was very friendly and helpful.

I've been here a few times and had bad experiences with staff, I can honestly say the staff was helpful and nice about my needs this particular visit.
