Girls at the front were friendly and everyone in the back were super friendly personable people. I forgot the doctors name but I brought my 8 month old in and he tried to make it the best experience for her. This place is awesome.

My wife and I had the rare and unfortunate opportunity to seek urgent after hours care for our 6 year old tonight. We decided after consultation (my wife also works at another health care provider) to take him to Lebonheur urgent care because of his age and due to it being an injury to the face (have to rule out head injury). We were treated well by all staff members, I could go so far as to say excellent, but it was great service. The front staff, the pediatrician that saw us, and especially the EMT/Technician ( Mr Stephen) was excellent. He (Mr Stephen) very kindly, and expertly sutured our sons chin and I couldn’t have had a better experience in this difficult time. All told we spent 4 hours which is a little long for busy lives but I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future. They were quite busy with several children getting sutures ahead of us. At the end we were escorted to our vehicle by security. Great Job!

My 5-year daughter fell off the top bunk bed injury her left arm on November 10th about 7pm. She was still crying in pain around 10pm so I looked up the nearest Childrens’s urgent care center. We were in town visiting family.

The patient parking lot had about 2 cars. We were greeted at the door for Covid questions and temperatures. I waited about 3-5 minutes and was called to the counter to complete patient & insurance forms.

We waited another 5 minutes and my daughter was seen by triage nurse 👨🏾‍⚕️ 👩🏽‍⚕️ for vitals and summary of injury. Triage nurse examined my daughter while someone else took notes 📝 for the computer.

Shortly after that she was called to a room and seen by a doctor or nurse practitioner 🧑‍⚕️. I do t recall, but the attending physician was nice, polite, asked questions, and examined my daughters wrist. She ordered xrays and pain meds for my daughter (the dose i had given her at 8pm was too low fir her age/body weight).

X-ray technician was nice, but was attempting to make my daughter hold her wrist arm in positions that were apparently too painful to do. However, i do understand the importance of getting good film to determine damage. It was painful to watch.

No obvious brakes seen on X-ray. Nurse practitioner returned to give prognosis and explain that it seems like her pain is in the wrist area but unable to determine a lot by X-rays and that the film would be read by radiologist in the morning. If they find something they would call ☎️ me. I was told continue to ice, elevate, and provide pain meds.

The discharge nurse 👩🏽‍⚕️ was very nice. She went over after care instructions and provided a list of pediatric orthopedic doctors to follow-up with if necessary. She fitted my daughter for a split/brace and that seemed to give my daughter a sense of security (because she favored her left wrist) always holding it for support.

The 👮🏽‍♂️ security guard walked us to our care. The time was approximately 11:40pm.

I would highly recommend bring your child to the urgent care facility. It was clean, well staffed, modern equipment, friendly and knowledgeable staff that seemed to “CARE”. It’s not easy dealing with a crying toddler but the staff demonstrated patients and sympathy. My daughter and I were able to sleep that night 😴 knowing that there were no major broken bones.

The next day around 2pm i received a call from Children’s Urgent Care informing me radiology detected damage to my daughters wrist and advised me to get her to an orthopedic doctor ASAP. We went over the list she had given me the night before trying to determine the closest facility (because I’m visiting from Chicago while in OliveBranch, MS). I booked an appointment and my daughter was seen at LeBonher Orthopedics in Germantown.

The medical staff here are very friendly and caring.
I brought my son here last night after his sister accidentally slammed his finger in the door. Upon arrival, they took our information and brought my son back right away. You can’t fake the kind of empathy they had for him and I am very blessed how well we were treated. I definitely recommend this clinic for after hour sicknesses/emergencies.
