On time great communications professionally done.5 stars. Would use this company again.
We had a sump pump constantly running today. Michael's company was referred by a close friend. Happen chance they had an opening...job completed...No issues and the guys were great...Phillip and his Helper Chase I believe...poliet and professional
I've used Michael Shaver for a few yrs now. First time was installing new flappers on toilets. One of my toilets was loose, rocking. Michael fixed what needed fixing and wound up spending way more time here then he expected. He was very courteous and professional. Michael even cleaned my bathroom floor before he left.
This second time, Michael came to install my new dishwasher. Again, very courteous and professional. He made sure it was level, functioning properly and didn't leak. The man even took some Pledge and cleaned my floor before putting new dishwasher in. I don't find him overly expensive as some have claimed. I lived in Illinois my whole life before moving down here. You want expensive, go get work done in IL and then tell me how expensive plumbing services are here. What was a few hundred with Michael, would have cost me a few thousand up north. And they would have left a mess to clean up. Not Michael though.
Thank you, Michael Shaver for yor work ethics and services.
Amazing service and highly professional in every way!
We had an odor coming into the house we thought was from the septic. After checking everything they discovered it was coming from the toilets and replaced the rings that were improperly installed by someone else.
They also converted our smaller 1 1/2" PVC pipes to 2 1/2" pipes and put in air vents in all the drains to make the water flow easier.
When building a house in Byrdstown, TN there are no restrictions and the 1 1/2" pipe was acceptable, but not as functional with updated washers/dryers and dishwashers.
They were professional, clean and very polite. And best of all...they did an amazing job!! No more smell!! : )
We highly recommend them for any service.
