Castalian Springs Storage

Great customer service. They have an answering service so if you call during business hours they always answer the phone. I have never had a problem there and love that it's gated and you have to use your code to get in and to get out of the facility. I have my account set up on auto pay so I don't have to remember to pay the bill each month and that's awesome!

The women who runs this storage unit is so helpful! She was extremely kind and nice, and is always willing to answer any of my questions! She also has been helpful with directing me on the best way to handle my storage unit, and the materials I have stored there!

I have been a customer with Castalian Springs Storage for many years. The automatic payment deduction makes it very easy to pay my monthly bill. I have never had a negative experience. Great people. Great company.
