  We were able to afford to get fixed, shots, and heart worm medication for a dog that someone dumped on our road. We got her healthy and fostered her until she found her forever family. This would have been harder in we'd have had to pay full price for spaying a dog we didn't plan for. They took excellent care of her and she had no issues after her surgery. Thank you so much for doing this for our community

  My son adopted a kitten that had been abandoned at cracker barrel in Gallatin. The kitten had ear mites and they treated him for them. He got neutered yesterday also. They took awesome care of him. He named him Butter. I don't know what we would do without this organization here in Sumner county. They truly care about animals!!!! Would recommend them highly!!!!

  Took great care of our sweet Oliver! Thank you!! And for a 10th of what our vet was going to charge. Everyone working at Sumner County Neuter & Spay has a genuine love for the animals & they were extremely kind to the pet owners. Cannot say enough great things about this place. Thank you-thank you-Thank you!!

  A stray cat appeared on my doorstep and he looked like an abandoned baby. I needed someone to take this “problem” off of my hands. Cat shelters in the area were filled to the rim and no one had the means to take care of this cat.
  I took the cat to Sumner Spay & Neuter Alliance. SARAH met me at the door and ushered me inside. She and a doctor and a technician examined and tested the cat. Sarah gave him medicine and said he was an adult cat with broken and missing teeth, other obvious injuries, and he was malnourished. Sarah said that if I could keep the cat safe for a week & gave him plenty of food, he would be strong enough for surgery/to be neutered. I brought the cat back to be neutered. This cat did great and they took excellent care of him. I had no idea that I would fall in love with this little tomcat but I definitely have. He lives with me and my German shepherd now and we are one happy family. All of the care and treatment this cat received cost me NOTHING. It cost me nothing for hundreds of dollars worth of medicine, professional care and supplies. Sarah GAVE ME food, crate, blanket and litter for the cat. I’ve never had a more encouraging experience. They made it near impossible for me not to keep this cat. Thank God for Sarah and everyone at Sumner Spay and Neuter Alliance. I don’t have Facebook or I would post there too. Thank you Sarah and everyone.

  SSNA does an amazing job spaying and neutering cats and dogs. As a result of their tireless work, euthanasia in Sumner and surrounding counties has decreased dramatically. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and committed to their furry patients. I have taken many dogs in for their services and have always had a positive experience. I highly recommend them to everyone in our area.
