TN Boat Lifts & Docks LLC #2

TN Boat Lifts and Docks put in my new lift a year ago and I had them back this week to swap the rails from a pontoon boat to a deck boat. Overall excellent experience again! Their communication is was very good as was pricing. They also made custom adjustments for our new boat. I will definitely use them again.

Very friendly and responsive. Our new lift had a leak in one of the hoses upon installation (they would not have known) and someone immediately came out to replace it once we notified them. That is a sign of good customer service! Highly recommend them!

I purchased their Captain 7000lb Front Mount lift. I am happy with the installation and the overall look of the lift. We recently purchased a home on Old Hickory Lake and it came with a boat lift. Unfortunately, we did not have the lift inspected during the purchase process. The folks at TN Boat Lifts and Docks helped me to understand the exact condition of the lift. They were professional, skilled and considerate. I originally elected to have lift repaired and purchased a new slave cylinder. When preparing to install we uncovered additional problems. They clearly positioned the alternatives and I decided to install a new lift instead of repairs and customization. With every interaction, the people representing TN Boat Lifts and Docks were patient and professional and took the extra time required to do what was required to be sure I was satisfied.
