Quick, friendly service. Checked in at the kiosk. Got my assigned number and was immediately called to a window. Got my Driver License update to the new real ID. In and out in less than 30 mins

Easily the most efficient, professional, and polite driver license center I have ever been to. I arrived early for my appointment and was seen immediately before my time. Everyone provided excellent customer service and I can't wait to come back!

This place is so fast and efficient! I got my new license within less than 30 minutes. I did not even have an appointment! I showed up as a walk in. I had no idea that I had to get my license plate at the county clerk but it is very conveniently right across the street.

The road test examiner “Savage”…well he really was savage. Super nice man! Even held the door for people, which is so rare nowadays. The lady at the counter was very helpful. I was a walk-in on Wed & was done in 1 hour. PRO TIP: You can request an e ticket on the TN dmv website which holds your place in line up to 2 hours before arriving. The website also lists wait times for each location & you can also setup appointments. When you walk in, there is a kiosk inside on your right, or even better you can use the QR code on the sign when you first walk in to check in. Additional parking in back (see photo).
Be patient with these people, they want you in and out as fast as possible, too.
