I called and got to talk to a human!!! So many places you have to go through several extensions to talk to a real person.
Overall good experience. Front end was friendly, nurse was efficient, dr was friendly, straightforward, informative and chill. I had a diagnosis and treatment in no time and felt relaxed and cared for.
Great experience! Friendly staff who were very understanding when we ended up 30 minutes late for our appointment due to a traffic accident. Still got us in and out in about 30 minutes. Dr. Fairhurst is very cheerful with a great bedside manner. He made my 12 year old son feel very comfortable, and we were very satisfied all around.
