(August 31, 2020, 10:33 am)My husband and I just renewed our lease here and we have loved it! Maintenance is beyond amazing (even for extremely minor things I've never had to wait more than a day), Lisa is great, and the home itself is nice too. I'll say that there are a couple of aspects of our home (our sliding door and the railing up the stairs) that are a bit dated, but that would really be my only negative. Overall, we are extremely happy here and plan to stay for a while.

The office staff is so helpful and kind, maintenance is extremely responsive and I've never had even a minor issue wait more than a week. I'm in a townhouse and we love it. The apartments are kept up really well and we have a lot of storage space. I 100% recommend Ventana to anyone looking for an apartment in Hendersonville!
