New Hope Senior Living of Hendersonville

My family member has been at New Hope for almost 5 months. Moving her from another state was an exhausting process coupled with the task of finding a facility. We toured and interviewed 7 facilities. Thank God we found New Hope. New Hope is a fine blend between state-of-the-art technology and a family home. My loved one has dementia and the level of care she receives at New Hope is awesome. They have two chefs that accommodate residents food preferences. The care givers are skilled and also very kind. As a family member I am always welcomed anytime day or night. The home is beautiful and impeccably clean, always. The entire staff is amazing keep doing what you are doing.

I was so thankful when I found New Hope for my husband's hospice. I feel like it truly was a gift from God. They are not kidding when they say it feels like family. My husband was treated with professional knowledge, love and dignity. The chef is wonderful. They went out of their way to meet our every need, even, at times, before we asked. The price is reasonable - don't be afraid to ask and tour!

My family is so incredibly grateful that we found New Hope. My mother was diagnosed with a terminal illness very unexpectedly. After consulting with hospice, we knew that living independently as she had been was suddenly no longer possible. I called New Hope on a Monday and Tim offered our family a tour that afternoon. This was the first and only place that we toured. We knew immediately that this is where we wanted mom. It was a decision we never regretted. She moved in two days later and the transition went very well. I had explained during our initial meeting how important it was that our family and friends be able to visit my mother. We were there for two months, every single day, and always welcomed with open arms. The staff and other residents became like family. Everyone was so accommodating and did everything within their ability to make my mom's final days pleasant. As mom's needs changed, they adjusted accordingly. Anytime we brought up concerns regarding her ever changing condition they offered advice and immediately did whatever they could to help. It allowed our family the peace of mind to know that she had exceptional care available 24/7 and we were able to just spend quality time with her. We really enjoyed how comfortable New Hope is. This is not a facility, it's a home. The food is wonderful. The setting is beautiful. The staff truly cares. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend New Hope to anyone searching for a new home for their loved one.

New Hope is truly one of a kind. Sitting on top of a hill on 18 gorgeous acres with all of God's creatures to enjoy.... talk about peaceful!! You definitely get the home feeling and the food is delicious. All of the staff are very loving and caring. Friends really do become family at New Hope.❤️

New Hope Senior Living is definitely a place to call home. There is no hint of a facility feeling. This home is beyond gorgeous. They spared no expense in making this stunningly beautiful. The setting is spectacular. The care of its senior residents has been well planned. Having a chef who will prepare wonderful and healthy meals from locally sourced vendors is definitely a plus.
