From the moment I walked in myself and husband were greeted and taken care of right away by staff. The check in process was fast, nurses were so helpful with any questions and concerns. They took very well care of us. We only have good things to say about our experience. We went in due to my water breaking. Best service we received!
I went to the Medical City Alliance ER because my VA Doctor Reddy said I should due to dangerously low sodium and a bad cough. The staff there did not make me wait more than five minutes to be seen. I was given saline on an IV drip, blood work, chest x-ray, and breathing treatment. At regular intervals the staff briefed me about what was going on. They treated me with respect and courtesy. They were totally professional in all they did. After a three hour stay I was allowed to go home with a prescription to be filled at my pharmacy. I would recommend this ER to anyone in need.
After I was transported by ambulance from the Saginaw Medical City ER, Alliance immediately had me sent to ICU for observation. I presented with a very swollen tongue and glands, no real reason as to why this allergic reaction occurred; blood work, blood thinner, constant monitoring of heart, lungs, etc. was performed for the almost two days I spent in the ICU. My thanks and appreciation to go L.D., Andrew - nurses who took wonderful, exceptional care of me - their kindness, professionalism, friendliness and sincere compassion helped me a great deal. I never experienced this and they were so patient explaining what was happening, why certain tests were ordered, etc., etc. Another wonderful person who checked in and took blood work, etc. was Ida - another thoughtful, compassionate, professional, knowledgeable member of the staff - I cannot fully explain how I was cared for, treated with such kindness - almost hated to be discharged ! The hospital itself was spotlessly clean, even the food was delicious, I have to admit!! Thank you, thank you for all you did - you are all amazing and went above and way beyond your duties. I'm very humbled by this entire experience.
My elderly mother was the patient. Everything went very smoothly. They were succinct in their opinion & very efficient in the procedure. The only reason it's 4 & not 5, is because there was some questions left unanswered about insurance. I'm trusting they'll have some response & hopefully some of the out of pocket returned. But, that's how insurance can be, so it's a process. Thanks to the staff there for taking great care of Mom.
I had Dr Mort and he was very informative, professional and everything went as planned as far as I was aware. It was a wisdom tooth, the last one I had at 69 years old. Wisdom now down the drain.
