I would first like to say how knowledgeable and kind Latashia was during the process of purchasing my bed. She made sure we purchased the right bed to meet our needs. I would also like to express how Sleep Number will accommodate the needs of their customers. I am in the process of building a home and of course with the current issues we are facing my home continues to be delayed which made it difficult to schedule delivery of my bed. Unfortunately I had to delay numerous times but Sleep Number stepped up to the plate and was so generous in letting me do it hopefully one more time. The representative told me they would deliver when it was the right time for me. They would hold my bed and not to worry it would be there when I needed it. I will never forget everyones generosity and kindness towards my situation. I will always be a loyal Sleep Number customer.

Went to the Hendersonville store to get a sleep number bed, “my first one”. I really enjoyed the experience. I thought I would like a certain model but really enjoyed a completely different one. The softest one felt the best. I got an extended test which was vastly enjoyed. Thoroughly enjoyed the attention and explanations. When I left, I felt relaxed and rejuvenated.

The store was really nice and clean. Jeremiah was very helpful. Problem came after I got the bed set up at our house on our frame. The bed in the store was a great height, specs showed 12”. Failed to point out the base is 8” on top of that 12”! When the bed got set up it came to my waist and both my husband and I had to climb up to get in! Return policy is 30 days so I called customer service to return the base. No problem but you have to pay a $199 pick up fee! I offered to drop it at store but they wouldn’t allow it. I explained it wasn’t my fault that the bed at the store was on a low profile frame (or could have been laying on the ground within a frame!) if I understood the height I would never have bought it. They finally agreed to split the pick up fee but that was all they would do. Not satisfied with that result at all!! To make things worse they can’t pick it up for 2 weeks!!!
