In the past, they've quickly installed a new battery when I bought one. This time I brought in a battery battery that wasn't starting my car, and they charged it and performed a load test. They had all the information on the purchase so they did a prorated refund.
It was quick to immediately find someone, who understood the situation and offered to test it.

Rylan was an amazing helper. I came in for a burnt burnt out brake light and check engine light. Ryan provided excellent customer service. He helped us replace the 2 burnt brake lights and identified that air intake hose was broken and helped us change it! Great job Ryan and Autozone!

Stopped at the AutoZone in Plano to buy a low beam bulb. Not a good experience so I left and drove to to this location in Allen. Immediately I got a welcome and how can I help you from Store Manager Jonathan French. He actually had me pop the hood and he took out the bulb and replaced it for me. I tried tipping him and he reused. Seriously, he made my day. The other store asked me all kinds of questions, and Jonathan had me all fixed in minutes. Great customer service. I will definitely be back!

Brought my Outback in to get a battery checked and I got the full service treatment! Casey was extremely helpful and took the time to clean my terminal connections and surrounding compartment. Got me back on the road with a new battery in no time. Thanks Casey for your help!!

I have always had hard times at the dentist. When I went here I expected to have another rough time. However, I did not have any trouble at all. They staff are sweet and caring. They did my cleaning and then I returned for a cavity and crown to be replaced. The best visit with a dentist I have ever had. They were so gentle and work with you on everything. They make sure you are comfortable and check their work. The office is clean and they have a dog that helps patients like me that are nervous when going to the dentist. I highly recommend them for kids and adults. This is now my only dentist and my kids go here now. My husband will soon. 😊
