Since I've never had a professional massage, I was uncertain what to expect when I booked a swedish massage. I booked for 30mins, and I went in with only 1 expectation, relief for the tension in my left upper back & left side of my neck. I received that!
My therapist was Sarah. I appreciated that she took the time to read the form I filled out describing my pain, & to ask more pointed questions to get a full picture. That was a relief, because what has always held me back in pursuing massage, is a previous injury to my back. I was always afraid it could be exacerbated by someone who didn't take the time to learn about my injury. She started with light pressure, & allowed me to guide her to my comfort level for additional pressure.
It was so peaceful. I hated to go back out to reality! I will definitely go back, but with a full hour next time.
I have chronic lower back pain. Jasmine has been able to help me so much :-)
All the therapist there treat me and my wife more like family than just another customer.
