Richie's Hot Wings

Great boneless wings and I can't wait to try the rest of the menu. They weren't hot-hot, but they were flavorful. The chicken was tender and of good quality. Kicking myself for not getting fries or onion rings. Oh well, next time I guess.

I got the perfect hot wings and they were amazing. Yeah it takes awhile but it’s a one man show so you can’t complain. For those who want something hot then he has a “fire sauce” that will satisfy you, just be warned. Overall Richie is a great guy and I can’t wait to go back!

Food was really good. We had wings with the perfectly hot sauce. It wasn't hot, but the flavor was really good. Only 1 person working, but I understand with the current state of the economy. We will be back!

If any place was ever worth the wait, this is definitely it. We ordered the Richie's Burger, and a dozen hot wings. Got them home, and the food was still hot, and oh man was it good. The "perfect hot" was just that, spicy and full of flavor but without the face melting hotness (he does have a hotter sauce, but I didn't try them this time). The wings were large, not tiny like you get at the chain stores, and evenly covered and so very juicy. I will definitely be making this my go-to spot for wings from here on out, and their burgers/etc were also very good. They are pretty much a 1 (or 2) person show, so it does take them a bit longer to get the food ready, but that seems to be because they take so much care preparing it.

Wish I was able to give more than 5 stars, as I have been hunting for a good wing place that doesn't "smoke" their wings, and this place definitely lived up to all the good buzz I had heard of it.
