I've only filled one prescription at this location in the middle of the night after I broke my foot, and the pharmacist & techs were so friendly despite it being 1 a.m.”

If she retired I don't think I would go to another Dr. She has spent as much as 45-60 mins with me at almost every visit. She never rushes. I love her. “Our daughter was a 29 week preemie and Dr. Kastner has been her physician since the day she was discharged from the NICU. In fact, she was discharged on a Saturday and he wanted to see her the next day, on a Sunday and opened his clinic for us. Never in my life have I encountered a more caring physician. On top of that he’s also brilliant, goes out of his was and has a wonderful bedside manner. Words cannot describe how thankful our family is to have him as our pediatrician. To put it in perspective, we recently moved and one of the only reasons we didn’t move to Williamson County, was because it would be too far from Dr Kastner’s office.”

“Hello all, when I first arrived at OMSNashville my experience was not so good. The receptionist seemed a little annoyed and I asked was she, she stated she was not but her attitude showed different, due to her not receive my referral from my dentist office. I called my dentist several times as I waited and talked to them every time which she (from my dentist office) stated it was faxed and emailed to them several times. The last time I spoke to her I asked for her to cc it to my email as well. I also did not like how payment is announced in front of other patience. Natalie (Dr. Shea assistant) after about an hour called me back at this time I showed the referral from my phone. Natalie was nice and knowledgeable. Dr. Shea was wonderful his patience is just out of this world. There are ONLY a few people in the health care industry that are caring. If you have a chance to visit I believe just having a the pleasure to meet him that the other dentist are just as great.”
