He called me and walked me through what he had found and we decided to replace all of the above. Just when I thought I was out of luck, the manager went to the back and dug through gods-know how much junk to find me exactly what I needed: a $35 250gb hard drive that had been left wherever they put items that don't sell on clearance. The company had paid $47 for it; I'll be lucky if I ever get a deal half that good on anything ever again. I ended up finding a different solution, but I'll never forget the effort and kindness the staff showed me that day. This review is based on one experience, so take it with a grain of salt. That said, neither me, nor my dad, nor my best friend have ever had a bad experience at Staples in all the years we've been going there.”
