“Hello all, when I first arrived at OMSNashville my experience was not so good. The receptionist seemed a little annoyed and I asked was she, she stated she was not but her attitude showed different, due to her not receive my referral from my dentist office. I called my dentist several times as I waited and talked to them every time which she (from my dentist office) stated it was faxed and emailed to them several times. The last time I spoke to her I asked for her to cc it to my email as well. I also did not like how payment is announced in front of other patience. Natalie (Dr. Shea assistant) after about an hour called me back at this time I showed the referral from my phone. Natalie was nice and knowledgeable. Dr. Shea was wonderful his patience is just out of this world. There are ONLY a few people in the health care industry that are caring. If you have a chance to visit I believe just having a the pleasure to meet him that the other dentist are just as great.”

“I recently made a major life change. I toured and visited many apartments. I came to Hickory Run to take a self guided tour. I was met at the office by a very friendly staff. They gave me great directions to the tour. The answered all of my questions. Kelly and Deanna have been superb. My apartment is very nice. Supper clean. Very quiet. Perfect for any family. A real community feel! Even during this difficult time! I highly recommend this complex!”

“Stopped on our way through town. Very convenient being just a few minutes from I-65. A nice dog park inside a larger city park. Dog park has two areas. One for dogs 25 lbs. and under, the other for larger dogs. Some shade trees in both areas. Despite having been a rainy day during our visit, there were no muddy areas and any area without grass was covered with mulch. Areas were well fenced with no large gaps.”
