Honestly this was the best mattress buying experience I’ve ever had. Tony was a fantastic sales person. No pressure and extremely knowledge and helpful. He started us out using the BedMatch technology (which was a first for us). After that he walked us through the options and we found an incredible mattress. If I have the need to buy another mattress we will definitely return to Mattress Warehouse of Ashburn.

Tony was very patient and helpful when we searched for a new Queen mattress and platform for our guest bedroom at the store in Ashburn, VA. He helped us examine and try a number of mattresses which were mid-range priced but with all the features we desired. The delivery was within 72 hours, and the setup crew was excellent. This was truly a five star buying experience.

Mattress shopping is usually the last thing I want to do, but working with Dennis was a completely different experience! I highly recommend this store if you are in the market. Dennis was personable and pleasant, and did not once make me feel pressured or try to sell me things I didn't want (my usual experience with mattress salesmen, I know many people can relate). If you need a mattress or pillow this is the place to go! The sales staff are top notch, very professional, and knowledgeable. Edward helped us do the computerized assessment, had us try out many options, and find the right mattress and pillows. It was actually fun. With outstanding sales staff, customer service, and numerous options, this is the place to go!

After visiting nearly 5-8 stores in the area, I found the mattress that I m looking for in this store( I was almost about to give up my search for an extra firm mattress). Ed, the store manager/ sales person was amazing. Without too much sales pitch, he understood my need and immediately showed me models based on my budget. He gave me a good discount on the mattress that I liked very much.
