We received a tour of the facility and was offered coffee while we waited (for mom). Once our procedure was done we were explained in detail how things looked and what needed to be done. “Read the review posted by Hailee Bass and felt prompted to respond due to my experience with all the staff at this Methodist Primary Care group. I am quite sure there is much more to this story than she is telling and anything that happened probably was due to her actions. Chelsea is a nurse, not a front desk person and she is very good at her job, along Regina the nurse practitioner. They are very professional make a great team. This group has an excellent leader with Dr. Jackson and they provide excellent health care. They will likely be glad that Hailee and her family are moving on elsewhere.”

“Dr. Kumar is amazing!!! Went in barely able to walk on right foot. Left with a treatment plan and full understanding of the issue. 3 days after starting the treatment plan I could put weight on my foot without tears. One week later I was walking completely pain free. By the second week I was wearing flip flops and water shoes enjoying our fall break trip. I cannot thank Dr. Kumar and his staff enough for the quick appointment availability and treatment.”

“27Mar2022 - UPDATE - They renovated the inside, it's up to date and clean, however, you MUST order from a kiosk (no menus hanging from the ceiling) and, if you want a receipt you CANNOT print one, either email or text. The future is here. Cashier is always super friendly and upbeat which is a departure from what I normally get from fast food places. The food is good and the restaurant is clean. This is my go-to Taco Bell location.”
