Very nice over the phone and the flowers for my dad's service were beautiful.

Jessie Belton at Hometown Flowers and Gifts did such a fantastic job on my flowers for my wedding and was so easy to work with! I was obsessed with how all the flowers looked and it was exactly how I imagined.

Jessie at Hometown Florists was great. We used her for my daughter's July 3, 2021 wedding. She was prompt with all of her quotes and the flowers were exactly what my daughter wanted. Her work is beautiful. She's also super sweet and easy to work with.

Very impressed with this florist. They had my delivery to my family within 2 hours. Beautiful, fresh flowers. Will use them again!

If you don't like reading: this was an amazing experience and I will be using them whenever I need flowers! If you want the story: I am a procrastinator and only realized the night before(the deep night before) my grandmothers birthday, that I had neglected to get her flowers. Now it needs to be said that I am an Alaskan resident so it was already the wee hours of the morning for TN. I dutifully called upon 1-800 flowers and my order totalled $100...$55 for flowers and $45 in nondescript fees... Well that's a nope. So I ask my uncle who he could suggest locally and was directed to Hometown Flowers. After finding a cute arrangement I paid a total $65(delivery and tip included). Later, I received a text to my phone asking me to call them at my earliest convenience. When I did, I got an adorable southern lady who asked if yellow flowers could replace the red ones as they were out of red. It was completely fine, this was incredibly last minute after all. They contacted me again to let me know they couldn't reach my grandma on the phone and to assure them she was home so her flowers wouldn't wilt in the heat. Needless to say my grandma was elated. She loves flowers and Hometown did an amazing job of making up(rather quickly) a stunning floral arrangement. I absolutely will be using them for future flower purchases.
