My wonderful experience last week was very helpful and the lady was kind to my lack of understanding and deserves a 5 star review independently. Today’s experience started off rocky, but Ms.Amy quickly resolved our issues. I appreciate this offices hands on service and willingness to help those of us out of state (military). This type of service is what makes me proud to be from Tipton County.

I came in the office to switch my tags over late in the day due to me working in bartlett and not being able to get off early. Mrs Johnetta was so patient and nice and helped me every step of the way without making me feel like I was a burden. It has been such a long time since I have gone somewhere and received the type of customer service she provided.

Mary Gaither and her staff were wonderful in assisting me and my mother in getting my late stepfather's vehicle title transferred over into my mom's name. I would especially like to give a shout out to Holli, who went above and beyond in getting information for me! Five stars isn't enough for these kind, caring, and helpful folks.
