“Very informative and compassionate clear, precise sit down meeting with all our questions answered, even before we could ask. This was so re-assuring. Very professional, straight to the point, with the good and the bad explained in such a caring manner. No rushing us out, but it seems we were the only ones in the clinic at that moment. Yet there were so many patients there. Eye contact made with us feel so special, and trusting of Dr. Tauer. The flash drive of his explaining things to us and us being able to ask questions has been very helpful for use once we got home. The atmosphere is so calming and everyone is treated with respect, from the business office to the actual Doctor's visit. From the time we walked in the doors, we received stellar service. We were told exactly what to do and where to go next. Being our first visit to the West Clinic, it meant so much for someone to not just tell us where to go, but to have a young courteous, friendly lady to actually take us to the next stop. We were then greeted , by name warmly by a special care person who gave us her card and let us know we could always call her and she would get us connected to who we needed to speak to at that moment. It really means a lot when one is already facing difficult times to know the love, care, and the prayers of others whom you don't know are with you, and you are not just a number, but a person. “We had my son's 5th birthday party here and it was absolutely exceptional. Extremely reasonably priced and far exceeded my expectations. The gym is well-kept, a great size and had several items for the kids to play on. There's a separate room with a table as well as a table to the side of the gym. We had ample room for several children plus the adults and everyone had a great time! I enjoyed working with the owner and payment was super easy. Domino's even delivered to the gym. Truly can't say enough awesome things about them!”
