(December 5, 2021, 12:44 am)We love going to PetPeople but our visit this past week was exceptional all thanks to their new associate, Sean. I told him about how my dog was very picky and he took his time helping me find something that she would like. He even offered us free samples and made me aware of their 100% money back guarantee as a resolution. His customer service was stellar and I highly recommend this location - it has now become my go-to!
(January 29, 2021, 8:16 pm)We made a same day appointment for grooming for our 2 dogs. We can’t recommend Natalie enough. She is so personable and really cares about the pups. She kept us updated throughout the process, and recommended products to use at home. We will definitely be going back to Natalie from now on!!
