I am so impressed from beginning to end with Sew What. Their selection is diverse. Their embroidery service offers tons of options. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Don't expect to walk in and walk out with "same-day" embroidery service, but do expect to walk out with a quality product when it is complete.

I had hats monogrammed for a girls trip. Gave one to everyone on the trip as a little surprise. They were a big hit. I have never been disappointed with past items purchased from wedding, baby, birthday and graduation gifts. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Ali, Katie and Teresa make it an easy in and out process.

Sew What is THE place for finding unique personalized gifts for weddings, baby showers, graduations, etc. I have shopped here for years and have never had a bad experience. It's so nice to shop local AND know your gift is going to be special - not cookie-cutter like a gift from a chain store. My favorite thing about Sew What is the staff is always willing to spend time helping pick out THE perfect gift and personalize it for your needs. Its also a great place to have small registry for specialty items for your special occasion - a baby or wedding shower.

I have shopped at Sew What for 8 years and have been very satisfied. Their willingness to special order, search for products, ability to come up with suggestions and overall customer service is unmatched in this area. I love the variety of products in the store and their ability to suggest the right thread colors and fonts for monograms that look PERFECT. The store policy to fix any mistake is true! If a mistake is made they will make it right...until you are satisfied. I would reccommend this store to you for personalization, gifts and sorority products!
