I was so excited when I was able to get my issues straightened out! The Fairview store has fantastic employees! So patient and friendly and kind. Very helpful and knowledgeable!

I went in and was helped right away. Sam and AnnaLeigh were amazing. They explained everything as the did it. I knew what I basically wanted when I went in and was out and finished in about 15 minutes! My only suggestion would be for the store to have more options in stock in the store. I had to order mine. I would have done it at home online but the AT& T store locations were incorrect. It said that there were no stores within 75 miles of Fairview. We have our store in Fairview, one or maybe 2 stores in Franklin (20 miles) and at least one in Nashville (22 miles). I wanted the phone delivered to my local store so they can help me transfer my info to my new phone.

If you come here, ask for Annalea! She was beyond incredible. This woman needs to be moved up in the company, given a raise, SOMETHING..she's definitely a good asset to this company. Been here many times and she's by far the best they've ever had working for them. Thank you so much Annalea for making this a great experience! And by the way, looove your name 😉

Annalea did a fantastic job helping us in store. Very professional and knowledgeable about all the different plan options. We will be back.

Antony could not have done a more perfect job of helping me locate, book, and prepare for a phenomenal trip to Mexico. Not only was everything as explained but he went out of his way to make himself available to me should I have any last minute questions. Will use him for all upcoming trips!!!

TSG vacations was wonderful. Anthony Imbrilio was great and answered every possible question we had. He also gave us a lot of information on how to make sure the trip ran smooth.
