Specialized Truck Repair

The team at the Specialized truck repair took great care of my Audi Q7. I was looking for a repair shop that did quality work, on time, and for a reasonable price. Unlike the dealership I found the customer services to be authentic. If you want to know why dealerships continually rip you off, well they figure they have a monopoly and you would not trust a local auto repair shop with a European car. Well for me, those days are over. I trust the Specialized truck repair company and I'll be back with my wife's BMW for her next service call.

I have to honestly say that this place has the best customer service that I've ever experienced at an auto repair shop. The workers were pleasant, knowledgeable, and took great care of my vehicle. Prices were great for the oil change that included a 27-point inspection. I Have dealt with Specialized Truck Repair before but after this visit, I have definitely become a lifetime customer!

These guys are great. I got a quote from the dealer which I felt was way more than it should have been. Jackie and Nikki checked my truck out and said that my truck didn't need half of what the dealer said it needed. Their quote was 1/3 of the dealer. My truck was fixed the next day, and it has been problem free since. I highly recommend. It's refreshing to find someone who's honest, and does quality work.

I found this place on google. I was in need of getting my headlights replaced last minute. I messaged a couple of businesses on here and Specialized truck repair was one of the few that responded back. I called them and they answered. I asked if I can come in last minute and they said yes! I got off the phone with them and got there in 15 minutes. My headlights took a while to replace but I did not mind. There were other cars before mine so I understand. Overall, this place is very affordable and I will definitely come back for other work that needs to be done. The owner is a very nice man and made sure the work was done right. Thank you!

Specialized truck repair had very good experience. They are very reliable; they know the job very quick, they will not keep you there to make a money from you, they are quick fixers. Broke down in Tennesse and they came within 20 minutes and repaired my differential side of the road to save me from towing. Great owner, great people. I’ll use them again and I recommend.
