Excellent leadership and group. This is a place with great structure, people / teammates, and objectives to learn in your BJJ journey. You can expect to be humbled but not humiliated, and you'll gain some friends along the way. And if you're not in shape, you'll get a solid workout in each class as well and advance in strength and cardio.

The school is remarkable. Coach Reynolds has created a place for families, friends and neighbors to come together and learn TKD and/or BJJ in a safe, fun environment. I've only been a student for a few months, but I feel a part of the family and have learned so much.

Many times martial arts schools are good for kids, or adults, but he has managed to accommodate both. The kids classes are fun, interactive, and have a mix of teaching discipline, technique, and activities that keeps children engaged. The adult classes are full of students learning and helping each other. No big egos here.

One of my favorite places in all the world... I love Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, learning at this school AND the family that is the Vigilance Team! This place is AWESOME!
